At Rays Apparel Co., we want you to love your new jacket! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Jackets must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return.
Process:

Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@raysapparelco.com to initiate your return.

Prepare Your Package: Include your order number and a note stating the reason for the return.

Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping service to send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value.
- All exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Process:

Contact Us: To start an exchange, email our customer service team at support@raysapparelco.com with your order details.

Return Your Item: Follow the return process outlined above.

New Order: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new jacket to you.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective jacket, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
